About the team …



This is a new opportunity with a stable and well-established company in the Fraser Valley. You will have a mix of leadership and hands-on responsibilities and will be a marketing generalist. You will work on a mix of traditional and digital marketing and will lead a team of 5. Previous experience in a managerial role would be helpful and is not required.



In your first few months, you will understand and ‘audit’ their current state and plans. You will then identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies and plans accordingly. Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders will be a big part of your role.



What you will do and how you will make an impact …



[-] You will oversee the execution of marketing programs, promotional materials, and campaigns.



[-] You will work with a mix of print and digital channels; these will range from flyers, brochures, and newsletters to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.



[-] You will oversee content creation, graphic design, and community engagement.



[-] You will partner with marketing and creative agencies, as needed.



[-] You will monitor costs and oversee the marketing budget.



[-] You will be responsible for the company website and will help this company add an e-commerce component to their marketing in the future.



[-] You will be responsible for marketing strategies, roadmaps and planning.
