Agropur recherche un planificateur de production pour assurer l'efficacité et la rentabilité des processus de fabrication en usine. En tant que membre clé de notre équipe, tu joueras un rôle essentiel dans la coordination de la production, en veillant à ce que nos produits répondent aux exigences de qualité tout en optimisant les performances.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :

Produit et ajuste le plan de production hebdomadaire des cédules de fromage, de mélanges crémeux et des sous-produits en collaboration avec la planification centrale, l’entretien, les chefs de département et les gestionnaires de projets.


Optimise et génère le plan de production à l’aide de plusieurs outils informatiques.


Prend en charge la supervision de l’équipe d’opérateurs à la pasteurisation;


Assure le bon fonctionnement et prend en charge les problématiques du département de la pasteurisation;


Assure le bon déroulement des transports de lait et des transports de sous-produits;


Communique le plan de production aux coordonnateurs de production et aux autres intervenants.


Assiste aux réunions quotidiennes des équipes de production;


Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le coordonnateur support production pour optimiser l’utilisation de la main d’œuvre.


Est responsable de réquisitionner les articles inventoriés nécessaires à la production et d’en optimiser les niveaux de stock.


Est responsable du suivi des produits à retravailler ainsi que le suivi des inventaires.


Responsable du processus d’inventaire des matières à chaque fin de mois.


Participe aux initiatives d’amélioration continue, de résolution de problèmes et aux rencontres de suivi quotidien.



Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :

Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations, logistique ou autre domaine pertinent;


3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire en milieu manufacturier;


Maitrise de SAP et Excel;


Compétences en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais. (Anglais requis pour travailler avec des collègues des autres provinces canadiennes)
