Our client is on an exciting journey to modernize its custom line-of-business applications and migrate them to a CRM/ERP/XRM platform.

We are seeking a talented Application Support Analyst to support the technology project initiatives.


If you are a motivated, solutions-oriented team player with great attention to detail, Web Applications and Dynamics 365 background, and if you are someone who can keenly listen to user problems, identify issues, review changes/ requirements and document them, as well as help with resolution of issues and the delivery operational support and input to new solutions, you are the candidate we are looking for


This is what else you can expect from this dynamic role:


The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of and experience with:

  • Application and Process monitoring:
  • Monitor applications and batch jobs. Analyze alerts, troubleshoot, and determine if they need to be escalated.

  • Become an expert in the solutions delivered by the team and how applications are being used.

  • Incident management:

  • Act as an initial point of contact for application incidents and coordinate with the relevant teams and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with and engage team to drive issues to resolution.

  • Low Code\No Code Development:

  • Implement views/ reports/ dashboards (Dynamics 365), custom forms/documents (Formstack), Workflows (Power Automate).

  • Problem management:

  • Identify patterns in support issues to recognize problems, identify new features needed, understand their impact, and work with the team to identify and resolve issues.

  • Implementing extracts:

  • Writing and executing SQL for ad hoc extracts and data queries.

  • Day to Day operations:

  • Resolve application housekeeping requests.

  • Create extracts and reports/views/dashboards for ad-hoc data requests.

  • Support regular operational processes/activities.

  • Assist with application related questions and training.

  • Documentation:

  • Create internal knowledgebase/Guides about application operations.

  • Provide input into new application requirements.


What we are looking for:

  • University degree/College Diploma in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering.

  • Five (5) or more year’s equivalent work experience in Software Development, Quality Assurance and Application Support.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Web Applications (ASP.Net).

  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 (Form Customization, Security, Role setup, Processes/Workflows, Entities, Plugins, Reporting and Dashboards).

  • Implementing Dynamics CRM views and advanced queries/extracts, reporting and dashboards.

  • Agile development processes.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing SQL Queries.

  • Ticketing systems and Version Control Systems.

  • Problem solving and technical analysis skills.


Nice to Have Skillset:

  • Dynamics 365 Certification.

  • Certified ITIL Foundations.

  • Knowledge of the Power platform ecosystem.

  • SharePoint.

  • Azure DevOps.

  • Work in a mixed technological environment.

  • Give clear, concise directions.

  • Communicate ideas effectively to a diverse group of individuals.

  • Work well with people, both staff and leaders/members, from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.

  • Ensure strategic outcomes are supported while responding to day-to-day demands.

  • Manage multiple issues/Projects at the same time.

  • Ability to work independently, and as a team member, supported by excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong business-facing analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking capability, needed to juggle many-conflicting priorities.
