Role

The Inside Sales Representative is an incredibly rewarding opportunity. The individual will be working with our sales engineers to generate revenue by obtaining new and development new opportunities with existing customers. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by selling products to customers.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers to enhance existing customer relationships and develop new customer accounts.
  • Help customers find the right solution for their needs.
  • Answering inbound calls related to product inquiries.
  • Make outbound sales calls using a targeted contact list.
  • Track and follow-up on sales opportunities.
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software program by updating account and contact notes, tasks, and opportunities.
  • Guide customers through their journey, helping them find solutions to their technical and issues to ensure their success.


Education, Experience and Knowledge:

  • College diploma or certificate in electronics, electrical technologist, mechatronics, or electrical engineering technology strongly preferred.
  • Experience in prospecting, generating sales leads, and executing sales.
  • Ability to speak French is considered a strong asset.
