Agilus is recruiting for a Meeting Facilitator in the Non-Profit Sector in Victoria, British Columbia.

A Typical Day

  • Work collaboratively with service providers to develop plans
  • Facilitate collaborative meetings that are child centered and family focused
  • Plan family case conferences, family group conferences and youth transition conferences
  • Maintain electronic client files
  • Create comprehensive reports

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • Degree or Diploma in Social Services or related discipline
  • 2-4 years experience in delivery of Social Services associated with Child & Family Services
  • Experience working in Indigenous communities along with knowledge of Child & Family Services Legislation
  • Must have valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
  • Preference will be given to applicants of First Nations ancestry as per Section 41 of the BC Human Rights Code, please self-identify
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Facilitation experience rquired

Total Rewards

  • $26.00 hourly
