Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Manager at Total Tire Distributors Inc. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with retailers and automotive businesses in the Calgary and surrounding area. This includes identifying new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and providing ongoing customer support. As vital member of our Sales Team the Territory Manager is the key point of contact for our client base and is responsible for building on our established reputation of integrity, dedication and service.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong background in outside sales with experience in successfully managing multiple client accounts in a large geographical territory
  • Experience in the automotive or tire industry
  • 2 years of Automotive/Tire Industry related experience; Commercial Tire experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of the Alberta automotive/tire retail market is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software is beneficial
