About the Role:We are looking for passionate and driven Trainee Engineers - iPaaS Support who are eager to starttheir career in technology. As part of our training and development program, you will gain hands-on experience in real-time support projects and be support projects along with multiple integration and automation platforms such as TIBCO, Boomi, Workato, Data Engineering, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI).Key Responsibilities:● Undergo structured technical training in Integration, Automation, and AI Technologies.● Work closely with project teams to provide application and system support for multiple customers.● Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining solutions using Unix/Linux, Python, Java, andDatabase technologies.● Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently or under the guidance of senior engineers.● Document processes, configurations, and learnings as part of the knowledge managementprocess.● Provide support on upgrade and maintenance for the production and disaster recoveryenvironments periodically.● Provide 24x7 customer support according to a roster schedule.● Learn and apply concepts of API integration, cloud-based workflows, and datatransformation.Required Skills & Knowledge:● Basic programming knowledge in Python and Java.● Basic experience in Operating systems like Unix/Linux● Understanding of SQL Database concepts .● Interest in AI, Data Engineering, and emerging technologies.● Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.● Good communication and teamwork abilities.Training Exposure:Selected candidates will be trained and mentored in:● Integration Tools: TIBCO, Boomi, Workato● Data Technologies: Advance SQL, ETL, Cloud Data Platforms● AI & Automation Skills: Python for AI/ML, workflow automationEducational Qualification:● Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relateddisciplines.● Experience range: 0 to 1 year
