We're looking for a skilled MS Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact across finance, supply chain, and HR operations.What You’ll DoSupport & TroubleshootingProvide hands-on support for Dynamics 365 F&O users, resolving technical issues efficiently.Manage incident and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.Escalate and follow through on complex issues with cross-functional teams.System Configuration & MaintenanceConfigure and maintain modules across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Project Operations.Conduct regular system health checks, updates, and performance tuning.Enhancements & Process OptimizationCollaborate on the design, testing, and rollout of new features and integrations.Partner with developers to implement customizations and streamline workflows.Upgrades & ReleasesSupport version upgrades, patches, and releases with minimal business disruption.Security & ComplianceEnsure system integrity through proper security protocols and compliance with financial regulations.What You BringMust-Have Skills4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Expertise in at least one module: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Project Operations.Strong grasp of ERP systems and business processes.Advanced X++ coding skills and familiarity with OOP concepts; Visual Studio experience is a plus.Experience with system integration, data migration, and report design in D365 FO.Proven ability to develop and implement customizations across multiple D365 FO versions.Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience in client-facing support or consulting roles.Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).Exposure to Business Process Management (BPM) in D365 FO.
