Responsabilités

Préparer des devis, faire des demandes de prix et mettre à jour les bases de données de devis et de fournisseurs potentiels.

Fournit des estimations préliminaires à des fins de planification et des estimations détaillées détaillées basées sur les plans et devis finaux.

Interpréter la documentation, les spécifications et les dessins de conception pour définir la portée/le contenu des estimations et préparer et participer aux réunions avec les ventes, la production, les clients, les partenaires de coentreprise et les consultants.

Préparer les organigrammes de répartition des travaux, les devis quantitatifs et les demandes de devis.

Identifier les sous-traitants et fournisseurs locaux, demander des devis et préparer des fiches comparatives.

Vérification que l'offre est conforme aux exigences contractuelles et aux exigences de qualité.

Les responsabilités détaillées comprennent la préparation des devis et des réclamations, la gestion des addenda, la collecte des prix auprès des fournisseurs, l'analyse de la faisabilité/rentabilité des projets,

Vérification des documents inclus dans le devis, validation des documents contractuels ainsi qu'un accompagnement à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour les frais de changement et les travaux complémentaires.

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais

Qualifications/Exigences


La connaissance d'AutoCAD est obligatoire

Capable de lire et d'interpréter des dessins civils et de processus

Des connaissances en mathématiques, des bases en trigonométrie sont nécessaires

Être capable de faire un relevé et des tracés à partir de dessins de consultants

Solides compétences en lecture et en interprétation de plans

Expertise technique dans la fabrication de produits de construction, notamment de tuyaux en béton

Souci du détail et conscience.

Compétences interpersonnelles - solides relations interpersonnelles et communicationnelles, esprit d'équipe

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais

Capacité à travailler dans un environnement sensible au rythme et aux délais serrés

Études postsecondaires dans une discipline d'ingénierie (niveau technologue au minimum); Baccalauréat un atout

Capacité à travailler dans un environnement sensible au rythme et aux délais serrés

Solide compréhension des principes comptables de base

3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la construction
