(1) Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Solution Architect:


- Solution Architecture responsible for the full lifecycle of Oracle ERP Cloud, including identification of need, sourcing, design, development, testing and deployment.

- Responsible for developing technical vision, procedures, and architecture within a technology or process domain.

- Responsible for leading end-to-end analysis, design, architecture, product selection, building and implementation of large or highly-integrated products.

- Often in partnership with the vendors, Principle Architect and Enterprise Architects they are responsible for identifying solutions, so that they integrate with the overall technical architecture.

- Serve as internal subject matter experts, consultants and troubleshooters, with responsibility for ensuring stake-holder satisfaction with infrastructure technology. Additionally, they are responsible for tracking technical and business trends, assessing their impact and developing strategies to leverage this information to build solutions and mitigate risks and plan the retirement and transition of technologies at the end of their lifecycle.

- Oversees multiple projects, maintenance requests, enhancements and incident solutioning under their management scope.

- Provides mentorship and guidance to ERP Delivery and Operations.



(2) Oracle Fusion Cloud OIC Operations support:


- 5+ years experience in ops role in these subject areas.

- Experience with managing OIC integrations and extensions for ERP Fusion (Finance/SCM)

- Monitoring integrations / jobs / extensions

- Triage and resolve issues

- Work with Oracle SR process to raise issues

- Experience with Service Now ticketing system

- Experience with managing ERP Fusions Environments

- Cloning process, data scrambling process, security setup process etc.

- Experience with cloning Oracle PaaS instances and/or rebuilding one from scratch

- Experience with Azure DevOps / Github for Cloud CI/CD

- Ability to deploy code/configs using Azure DevOps pipelines

- Doing code retrofits across multiple instances for PaaS & SaaS

- Has participated in SCM ERP Major cloud upgrade programs



(3) Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Operations support:


- 5+ years experience in the operations role in this subject areas

- Experience with SCM inventory and Order Management modules

- Experience with SCM WMS modules / WMS reporting tools

- Experience with SCM PDH modules

- Experience with SCM Fusion integration patterns (via OIC)

- Experience with Service Now ticketing system

- Experience with supply chain standard tools for warehouse scanning and warehouse printing

- Intellinum scanning software

- Bartender printer software

- Has participated in SCM ERP Major cloud upgrade programs.

- Has telecom experience (Cable / landline products)



(4) Lead BSA - ERP

-Experience in Oracle Cloud modules relating to Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)


(5)ERP Developers:


-5+ years of experience as a OIC Developer

-3+ years of functional experience with Supply Chain / EDI / Telecom

-Has experience designing business processes.

-Has experience designing systems solutions.

-Designing PAAS solutions.


(6)BSA Warehouse Management Services:


-3+ years of experience as a business systems analyst

-3+ years of Oracle Cloud, WMS

-Has experience designing business processes.

-Lead Supply Chain ERP related solutions/enhancements

-Drive & contribute to project solutions - JAD sessions, responsible for gathering input / documenting TSD, HLD


(7) Security Specialist:


-4-8 years of experience working with Oracle ERP and recent experience in ERP Cloud Security.

-Knowledge of Advanced Control will be a plus.

-Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc.)


(8) Source-to-Pay (S2P) Business Systems Analyst (BSA):


-Lead ERP S2P related solutions/enhancements.

-5+ years of experience as a business analyst

-3+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP Experience specifically with procurement, expense reports, receiving, AP and sourcing

-Has experience designing business processes.

-Has experience designing systems solutions.
