Inhouse ERP Implementation Specialist

Description:

  • Project management and consulting in global ERP rollout projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as the their own client-specific extensions
  • Gap-Fit analysis
  • Gathering the subsidiary's requirements and providing functional solutions
  • Testing and documenting the tested activities within an ERP rollout project
  • Conducting on-site and remote workshops and training for their subsidiaries
  • Data migration, including preparation, maintenance, and importing
  • Preparation of specifications, and implementation concepts as well as professional participation in product management for their specific BC Core Apps in cooperation with the development team, subsidiaries, and corporate headquarters

Qualifications:

  • University degree in economics, computer science or a related field
  • High analytical and communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Bilingual but needs good English communication skills (as the role involves interaction with subsidiaries in foreign countries a good command of spoken and written English is essential)
  • French conversational is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV). Knowledge of Sage is an asset.
  • Good understanding of the ERP functional areas: Purchase, Sales, Logistics/Warehouse Management

Description :

  • Gestion de projet et conseil dans le cadre de projets de déploiement ERP globaux basés sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ainsi que sur les extensions spécifiques à leurs clients.
  • Analyse de l'écart
  • Recueil des exigences de la filiale et fourniture de solutions fonctionnelles.
  • Test et documentation des activités testées dans le cadre d'un projet de déploiement ERP
  • Organisation d'ateliers et de formations sur site et à distance pour leurs filiales
  • Migration des données, y compris la préparation, la maintenance et l'importation
  • Préparation des spécifications et des concepts de mise en œuvre ainsi que participation professionnelle à la gestion des produits pour leurs BC Core Apps spécifiques en coopération avec l'équipe de développement, les filiales et le siège de l'entreprise.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme universitaire en économie, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Grande capacité d'analyse et de communication
  • Motivation personnelle
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (le poste impliquant des interactions avec des filiales dans des pays étrangers, une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit est essentielle).
  • Une bonne connaissance du français conversationnel est requise.
  • 2-3 ans d'expérience avec les systèmes ERP (idéalement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV). Une connaissance de Sage est un atout.
  • Bonne compréhension des domaines fonctionnels de l'ERP : Achats, Ventes, Logistique/Gestion d'entrepôt.
