Our client operates within the Manufacturing space and they are looking to onboard a System Administrator who is passionate about helping organizations with their IT infrastructure and operations. You will work with the IT team and you will provide user support and troubleshoot Tier 1 & Tier 2 issues, and support with their Windows applications and servers, and networks. The successful candidate needs to have great communication across all levels of the organization.


****This is a 100% onsite position based out of Surrey****


Why we are excited about you:

  • You are an excellent communicator, and have experience working with non-technical users.
  • You are proactive and curious, and can provide recommendations but also take direction from the IT Director as required
  • You have experience as a Systems / Network Administrator, and have managed Azure and Active Directory before.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Support / Systems / Network Administrator / similar role providing support with their Windows applications and servers, and networks and Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting support to users.
  • Previous experience working with Office 365 and Windows products
