Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager specializing in SAP MOC (Management of Change) and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) to join our Energy industry client. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Project System (PS) and have a robust understanding of the integration points between EAM and PS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • MOC and EHS Expertise: Provide functional expertise in managing and executing MOC processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • SAP EAM and PS Proficiency: Utilize deep knowledge of SAP EAM and PS to support asset maintenance and project management initiatives.
  • Integration Points: Understand and manage the integration points between EAM and PS to ensure seamless data flow and process execution.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct risk assessments and manage risks associated with changes to ensure the safety and reliability of operations.
  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM): Apply PPM concepts to optimize project management within the context of asset maintenance and change management.
  • Workflow and Approvals: Oversee and manage workflows, approvals, and handoffs within the MOC process to ensure smooth coordination and compliance throughout different types of changes (Permanent, Temporary, and Emergency).
  • Impact on Safety Critical Equipment (SCE): Understand the impact of MOC on Safety Critical Equipment and ensure all changes are managed appropriately to maintain safety and reliability.


Qualifications:

  • Functional proficiency in SAP EAM and PS.
  • Strong understanding of MOC processes and their impact on safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in risk assessment and management.
  • Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is desirable.
  • Ability to manage workflows, approvals, and handoffs within the MOC process.
  • Understanding of the impact of MOC on Safety Critical Equipment (SCE).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
