TD Bank Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant


Role Description

This is a full-time role as a TD Canada Trust Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant. The role involves assisting the highly skilled Mobile Mortgage Specialist in day-to-day tasks related to mortgage origination and customer service. This is a hybrid role, based in Surrey, BC, with flexibility for some remote work.




Responsibilities

  • Collect information from customers , Stay organized and continue to collect information until minimum set of documents are required to submit a Real Estate secured mortgage product.
  • Submit a mortgage applications based on TD Canada Trust underwriting policies and guidelines.
  • Prioritize mortgage specialist's applications according tot he urgency , subject removal dates and closing dates.
  • Structure and communicate effectively with TD Underwriting and funding teams .
  • Obtain necessary documents from customers to satisfy credit conditions (Ex. down payment confirmation and income documents )
  • Communicate and build a relationship with TD branches, funding Office Underwriters , and referral terms
  • Effective communication and response to customer inquires


Qualifications

Mortgage Underwriting Experience is required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Database management

Self Starter


Remuneration : Negotiable base salary based on experience , commissions and bonus every January
