Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage project documentation, track progress, and report on milestones.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions and articulate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the effort in backlog grooming and sprint planning, prioritizing tasks to align with business goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence to enhance project delivery.
- Implement best practices in project management and process improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously assess project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that can benefit the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Agile environments.
- Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
- A solid understanding of business process reengineering and improvement methodologies.
- Commitment to continuous professional development in Agile methodologies and business analysis tools.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, actionable tasks.
- Experience in facilitating training and workshops on project management tools and best practices.
