The team is focused on delivering innovative programs that improve data management, analytics, and product delivery, with the Hub strategic initiative being one of its top priorities.Your new roleAs Senior Consultant, Product Delivery, you will be the single point of contact for IT Services (ITS) within the Hub program. You’ll provide technical leadership, oversee ITS deliverables, and ensure successful execution of this strategic initiative. You’ll lead and motivate teams, manage resources, monitor budgets, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.What you’ll need to succeedGraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or related field5–7 years of experience implementing technical solutions for complex, multi‑user systems3+ years of experience supervising teams in a matrix environmentStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to influence and motivate othersKnowledge of project management, IT service management, agile practices, and SDLCExperience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, IAM, Airflow, Glue, EMR); familiarity with Lake Formation and Redshift is an assetSkills in Python, Spark, ETL, and BI tools (e.g., Qlik) are desirableKnowledge of health informatics is a strong assetFluency in English required; bilingualism in French and English is an assetAbility to meet light travel requirementsWhat you’ll get in returnOpportunity to play a key leadership role in a high‑profile strategic initiativeExposure to cutting‑edge cloud and data technologies (AWS, BI, ETL)A collaborative environment where you can influence change and mentor othersCompetitive compensation and benefits packageProfessional growth in a nationally recognized organization
