Electrical Hardware Design Engineer


Aversan Inc. (www.aversan.com) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in the Aerospace and Defense industry. We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this full-time position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical team responsible for developing electrical hardware systems.



Responsibilities



  • Hardware design for the entire development life cycle (effort estimates, requirements definition, system architecture, detailed design, debugging, and system integration)
  • Digital, analog and power design, including layout constraints definition and review
  • Hands-on experience for boards brings up, debug and integration
  • Develop strong relationships with other engineering disciplines (Software, FPGA and Mechanical designers) to maximize collaboration and synergy in an effort to meet project goals.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • End to End Hardware Design Cycle from requirements to product delivery
  • Automated Test Equipment Design Experience
  • Processor, Microcontroller Design, FPGA based hardware design(no RTL ,coding experience req)
  • Power Supply Design (buck, boost, sepic)
  • Digital Interfaces -Ethernet, I2C, SPI, Opamps.
  • PCB layout design experience
