Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychologist for a Full-Time Manager position. This role involves working with clients of all ages and providing a range of psychological services. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing assessments, delivering treatment services, and supervising a psychometry group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessment and treatment services for clients of all ages.
  • Supervise and support the Psychometry group.
  • Report directly to the Executive Director of Clinical Services.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of psychological services and maintain professional standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical or School Psychologist qualifications accepted).
  • Proven experience in psychological assessment and treatment.
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing in-person and remote responsibilities.
