Our prestigious client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in the Construction industry,


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value projects and initiatives.
  • Develop procurement strategies, including tender packages, RFPs, and RFQs, adhering to best practices and relevant regulations.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and timely delivery.
  • Utilize Revu, Revit, and AutoCAD software to review designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Cultivate client relationships and actively engage in business development endeavors.
  • Mentor junior staff, contributing to their professional growth and development.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proficiency in Revu, Revit, and AutoCAD is a prerequisite.
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in team management.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Profound understanding of mechanical trades, civil infrastructure, and industrial refrigeration, with familiarity in low-voltage security and access control systems.
  • Knowledge of Canadian procurement laws.
