Job description:


As an Eyeglasses Salesperson at Starlite Vision, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on eyewear options. You will assist customers in selecting frames that suit their needs, preferences, and prescription requirements, ensuring a positive and professional experience.


Responsibilities:


- Greet customers and offer assistance in selecting eyeglasses frames and lenses.

- Provide detailed information about frame brands, lens options, and their benefits.

- Perform frame adjustments and fittings to ensure comfort and proper vision correction.

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring displays are attractive and up-to-date.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

- Stay informed about the latest trends in eyewear fashion and advancements in lens technology.

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

- Collaborate with the eye care team to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking frames and lenses.


Qualifications:


- Optician licence needed.

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the eyewear or optical industry.

- Strong knowledge of frame brands and lens options.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to perform basic math for sales transactions and inventory management.

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for fashion and style.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

-Fluent in English; Mandarin speaking is an asset.

- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with tact and professionalism.
