Hours: 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed

Hourly Rate: $41 - $44


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Performs activities that support the safe and efficient operation of production equipment principally but not restricted to production.
  • Interprets clear and effective specifications, blueprints, and job orders, and constructs templates and lays out reference points for workers.
  • Monitors operations of the facility and inspects, tests, or measures completed work, using devices such as hand tools, gauges, and specifications to verify conformance to standards.
  • Confers with management to coordinate work activities and resolve problems.
  • Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, processes, efficiency, and service.
  • Adjusts work methods and procedures to meet production schedules, using knowledge of capacities of machines, equipment, and personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials and supplies such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts for work activities.
  • Completes and maintains CMMS reports.
  • Monitors work area and examine tools and equipment to detect unsafe conditions or violations of safety rules.
  • Inspect and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Inspections and tests are productive, complete, and timely.
  • Performs weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance checks on equipment. All systems and equipment are consistently monitored and maintained.
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Millwright experience.
  • Industrial Millwright Ticket (433A or equivalent).
  • Class B Refrigeration is an asset.
  • Gas License or experience on gas appliances & HVAC units.
  • Electrical experience (low voltage, logic systems, PLC's).
  • Experience in Consumer Goods Manufacturing including Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, and Co-Packing.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working in a Bakery Manufacturing Facility.
  • A desire to grow in the industry as a respected professional.
  • Continuous Improvement mindset.


Please note, there will be 2 stages of interviews for this role. If selected to proceed, the second round will involve a technical assessment on our Production floor.
