Role Summary

As the Receiving & Inventory Clerk, you will ensure accuracy and optimal availability for all inventory within the warehouse. You will report to the Fulfilment & Inventory Manager and work closely with the Inventory Planners and the wider Supply Chain Team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cycle counts for the Canadian Warehouse and initiate an investigation as required
  • Maintain FIFO on all inventory, including Canadian picking stock, Work Order, and vendor putaway
  • Provide a point of action for ad-hoc inventory needs (missing stock, counts, adjustments, research)
  • Finalize spreadsheets and prepare labels for inter-company transfers
  • Ensure all discontinued items are removed from the shelf and recycled/destroyed promptly
  • Ensure all US non-stocked and special-order items are actioned promptly
  • Ensure inventory adjustments are accurate and timely
  • Receive goods and complete weekly component transfers from 3rd party Warehouses
  • Own the layout of the Canadian pick shelves with particular attention to new launch items
  • Ensure every active SKU has a physical location and is noted in the ERP


Physical Requirement

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs comfortably and regularly
  • Must be able to stand, walk, band and crouch for extended periods of time
