Our Calgary-based client is seeking a Desktop Support to join their team onsite in Calgary. This short-term contract will support a large-scale device migration and provide hands-on technical support to end users.Responsibilities:Provide Tier 2 support via chat, email, and in-person channelsAssist with the rollout and manual migration of devices to Windows 11Wipe and reimage Lenovo machines in preparation for deploymentTroubleshoot hardware/software issues across Windows 11, Office 365, and other enterprise toolsSupport user account management and permissions via Active DirectoryManage and resolve tickets using ZendeskCollaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth transitions during the upgradeRequirements:3+ years in a Tier 2 IT support roleStrong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active DirectoryPrevious experience supporting device rollouts or OS migrationsExcellent customer service and communication skills
