As the Project Manager - Testing and Integration , you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of the in-scope LEAP solution per Agropur’s business requirements. You will be responsible for leading testing efforts, managing integration processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and enforce quality control practice. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of activities leading up to a successful ERP implementation, a good understanding of test management and related processes as well as effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. The role will report to the senior director digital transformation in the IT (Information Technology) organization but will work very closely with the Wave project management team and program leaders.

What’s involved in this role​:

1. Test Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for the in-scope LEAP SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, MSG,) and other solution relevant components (Aveva (MES))


Coordinate end-to-end scenario execution as part of the user acceptance testing cycles.


Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely defect resolution.


Coordinate test case and defect management in the ALM tool.



2. Integration Management:

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to define integration testing requirements.


Develop a good understanding of the integration architecture and systems landscape, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP modules and other systems (e.g.: legacy systems (ex Oracle)).


Understand and incorporate middleware configurations, APIs, and data interfaces requirements into the testing planning, preparation, execution and reporting.



3. Resource Allocation:

Allocate resources effectively for solution testing and related integration testing activities.


Lead and mentor a team of testers, integration specialists, and technical experts through the test execution.


Ensure optimal utilization of team members’ skills and availability.



4. Risk Mitigation:

Identify integration and quality risks, as well as dependencies early in the project lifecycle.


Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans, as required.


Monitor progress and address any roadblocks.



5. Change Management:

Understand change requests related to integration points.


Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes on existing integrations.


Ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades, fixes and enhancements releases.



6. Documentation and Reporting:

Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.


Prepare reports on testing progress, defects, and integration milestones.



7. Collaboration:

Work closely with SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and business users.


Participate in cross-functional meetings to align integration efforts with overall project objectives.



What you need to join our team

A relevant degree, such as Bachelor's or University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.


Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SAP testing or integration management roles.


Proven track record in managing end-to-end testing cycles and successful integration projects.


Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) would be a nice to have.


Proficiency in SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) and integration technologies (e.g., IDocs, RFCs, APIs) would be a nice to have.
