DevOps Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and versatile DevOps Developer to join our dedicated Telematics technical team, with direct involvement in product delivery. The role is essential and involves improving the company’s infrastructure, optimizing development processes and ensuring that telematics solutions reach our customers efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for our telematics applications.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration and management to ensure optimal scalability, reliability and performance.
  • Work closely with development teams to effectively integrate new telematics-related features into delivery cycles.
  • Actively participate in the planning, coordination and management of telematics product deliveries.
  • Implement effective version control systems to manage source code and telematics configurations.
  • Ensure the security of sensitive telematics data and implement appropriate protection measures.
  • Monitor telematics application performance in real time and make adjustments to optimize responsiveness and availability.

The know-how that makes the difference:

  • Hands-on experience as a DevOps developer in telematics or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, as well as telematics-related services.
  • Strong skills in version management and working with version control systems such as Git, Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of communication protocols used in telematics such as MQTT, WebSocket, etc.
  • Good understanding of security and confidentiality principles related to telematics data.
  • Ability to actively participate in the product delivery process, working with development and project management teams.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
