Junior High French Immersion Teacher

Assignment: 1.0 FTE; Full Time Temporary; Jr. High French Language Arts, Social and Elementary French as a Second Language
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Education with a major or minor in French
Knowledge of current trends in French Immersion Literacy instruction and evaluation
French proficiency at the B2 DELF level in both written and oral competency
Understanding and application of formative and summative assessment
Understanding and application of differentiated instruction as part of an inclusive learning environment
Excellent understanding of inquiry learning and teaching through a student-centered approach
Positive classroom management as part of a safe and caring school
Proficiency in the use of educational technology
