My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.

I am looking for an accounting technician for my client in the real estate sector. This is a permanent position in Longueuil with one teleworking day per week.

* Complete accounting cycle
o Bank reconciliation
o Management of supplier accounts: entry of invoices, preparation of payments, reconciliation of account statements
o Collection of residential and commercial rents
o Monthly closing process: analysis of general ledger accounts, auxiliaries, inter-company transactions, accruals, amortization
o Monitoring of building expenses
o Inter-company rebilling
* Preparation of internal financial statements of several companies and various accounting analyzes
* Preparation of periodic tax returns
* Assistance during the annual external audit and tax audits
* Support and assistance in resolving accounting-related problems
* All other related tasks

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Diploma of college studies (DEC) in accounting
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
* Mastery of the MS Office suite, Excel intermediate level
* Mastery of the French and English languages ​​orally and in writing
* Rigor, versatility, autonomy, organization
* Ability to manage priorities and adapt to a changing environment
* Demonstrates a developed aptitude for teamwork
* Comfortable in a computerized/paperless environment
* Comfort with various IT systems and platforms (among others QBO, Xero, Dext, Sage, Yardi)
