A career as a Senior Advisor, Corporate Partnerships in the Partnerships and Sponsorships team at National Bank involves supporting leaders in partnerships and sponsorships to help them achieve their strategic objectives and in the implementation of their end-to-end marketing initiatives.

Your job:

  • Assume a leadership role/Act as a reference for various stakeholders in the Corporate sector by offering expertise in partnerships and sponsorships.
  • To make recommendations in the selection of organizations to sponsor according to the strategic plan of the Corporate sector.
  • Negotiate partnership rights, benefits and annual and/or multi-year agreements with external partners.
  • Establish performance indicators by business sector for your portfolio of partnerships to help achieve business objectives.
  • Evaluate the qualitative and quantitative results and benefits of sponsorships in your sectors using post-mortems.
  • Effectively manage and monitor the budgets under your responsibility.
  • Attend select events to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate initiatives internally and externally in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Your team:

Within the Communications, Brand and Public Affairs sector, you are part of a team of 90 colleagues and report to the Director, Partnerships and Sponsorships, Brand Activation. Our team stands out for its variety of expertise, the diversity of the mandates that will be entrusted to you, its proximity to the sales force and above all for the atmosphere of pleasure and collaboration between all members of the team.

Prerequisite:

  • 7 to 10 years of similar experience
  • Interest in the sponsorship and events community
  • Excellent relationship building skills, working with the commercial sector, external stakeholders and suppliers.
