Located in Lévis, the Marronniers residence offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent elderly people with a slight loss of autonomy. We are currently looking for a person to fill a part-time night beneficiary attendant (PAB) position. The person will be in position from the end of June.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: a 4/14 night shift 00:00-8:00


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
  • Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
  • Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
  • Respond to all emergency situations
  • While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Formation of PDSB
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
  • Law 90 training (an asset)
