St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a part-time (0.50 FTE) probationary Kindergarten teaching position at Father Lacombe Catholic School in Lacombe, Alberta. This position will begin August 27, 2024 and end June 30, 2025.

Ability to assist in the schools co-curricular and extra-curricular programs would be considered an asset. Possessing a certificate in Catholic Education from St. Joseph's College is an asset.

Lacombe, a city of 13,000, is located 25 kilometers north of Red Deer and 125 kilometers south of Edmonton. The local economy includes a strong agricultural base supplemented by oil and gas industry. Lacombe has a vibrant arts and cultural scene as well as many recreational amenities and facilities which have made it a place most desirable to live.

Father Lacombe Catholic School is a Kindergarten to Grade 9 School with an enrolment of approximately 210 students serving Lacombe as well as the surrounding rural area. Father Lacombe School has served the Lacombe area for 14 years.
