POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a rental agent for our properties in Quartier Unilia in Laval. Are you a sales ace? Are you proactive and do you have innovative ideas in terms of marketing and sales? We have the opportunity for you


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property manager
  • Ensure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and clean
  • Follow up on move-ins and move-outs
  • Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental
  • Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem
  • Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary
  • Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
  • Provide rental reports or other report requested by the building manager
  • Receive potential customers
  • Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms
  • Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)
Administration
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Perform other related duties
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High availability, evenings and weekends
  • Bilingualism
  • Good knowledge of the South Shore market
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a rental position in the real estate sector
