  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related field;
  • 15 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing field, unionized sector;
  • 5 years or more in a management or senior management position;
  • Experience with ERP systems;
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
