Role:

The Program Manager will oversee all program activities, ensuring flawless program initiation and execution for assigned programs.

Here is an overview of your tasks:

  • Provide daily programmatic support for various tasks to support different projects.
  • Work closely with the Programs team.
  • Set up, participate in, and facilitate weekly program meetings to ensure open and clear communication levels are established and all activities are in line with the program management plan.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, including activity planning, project management, production time planning, task control, and facilitation of project launch and status meetings.
  • Maintain daily communication as needed with the management team, subcontractors, clients, employees, or contracted consultants for any administrative issues, operational issues, billing questions, project reporting, invoicing, etc.
  • Develop and deliver effective and professional communications through various media and channels (PowerPoint, Word, verbal, written, etc.) to different audience levels (colleagues, program execution staff, ADG senior management, clients, and internal teams).

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in operations or program management or other relevant education.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience in project management.
  • Ability in problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Good knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook ...).
  • PMP certification (an asset).
  • Ability to work in a team, participative leadership.
  • Ability to understand the strategic and operational direction of the company and achieve results.
  • Demonstrate rigor and precision.
  • Ability to work with various levels of superiors including senior management and external partners.
  • Very organized, autonomous, and methodical.
  • English and French both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to communicate information.
