-Lecture et interprétation de plans d'assemblage complexe

-Planification autonome du travail d'assemblage et de soudure (Setup)

-Utilisation de gabarits (JIGS)

-Assemblage selon les plans en respectant les tolérances dimensionnelles et géométriques

-Inspection pré-soudure

-Ajustement des paramètres de soudage

-Soudage au MIG / TIG

-Ébavurage et nettoyage des pièces soudées

-Effectuer la finition, nettoyer et polir les pièces soudées ou assemblées

-Inspection après-soudure

-Entretien et maintenance préventive des outils et machines à souder

-Toute autre tâche connexe au besoin


Détenir un DEP en soudage-montage (minimum) ou une expérience de travail équivalente.

Atout : expérience dans l'industrie du métal en feuille (fabrication des boîtiers métalliques)

Dextérité manuelle

Précision et souci du travail bien fait

Sens de l’observation, de l'organisation et de la propreté
