High School Vice Principal – 0.5 FTE Position

The successful candidate will:
In collaboration with the High School Principal, efficiently and effectively lead in all areas including - education, spiritual, financial and organizational
Demonstrate personal accountability and professional growth
Implement innovative practices for student success
Support the development of competency-based learning
Use relevant data to engage in instructional practices for improved student achievement
Have a master’s degree from a recognized university, be working toward a Master’s degree or have relevant administrative experience
Hold a valid British Columbia teaching certificate
Possess an understanding of and commitment to Christian Education
Actively and personally support a Pentecostal/Charismatic statement of faith
Be fluent in oral and written English
The successful candidate will be:
Recognized as a passionate learner and a thought-leader
A person of integrity
Collaboratively-minded, being adept at working with staff across all levels and disciplines
An exceptional communicator
Passionate about implementing education from a Biblical worldview
