St. Albert Public Schools is currently recruiting three (3) Full Time, Probationary, Educational Assistant 4 for work assignments at É cole É l é mentaire Leo Nickerson Elementary School .

Hours of Work : 30.0 hrs. /week; 6.0 hrs./day; Monday-Friday; Full Time, Probationary x 5

Hourly Rate: $20.56 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement

Start Date: August 26, 2024

Specific Needs/Requirements for this position:

· Experience implementing positive behavior support plan strategies required

· Experience implementing ILP and IPP goals

· Verbal Intervention Training is an asset

· Formal Post-Secondary training is preferred

· Candidate must have strong skills in managing students behaviour

· Experience using assistive technology an asset

· Preferred candidates would have experience working with Division 1 & 2 students

· Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team an asset

· Experience working with students with various diverse learning and behavioural needs an asset
