The post :

Process and pre-analyze guaranteed loan applications.
Carry out telephone follow-ups with customers.
Analyze and evaluate requests (customer profile, financial history, debt ratio, etc.).
Conduct a multitude of follow-ups with customers, by telephone and email.

You have :

A DEP or a technique in administration (Optional if you have 3 years or more of experience in customer service)
1 year of relevant experience in customer service
Natural ease with software
The ability to speak and maintain a conversation in English (A plus but not obligatory)
A desire to participate in the continuous improvement of the company
