You are an experienced CNC machinist-programmer looking for a rewarding work environment where precision and customer service are part of everyday life? Do you want to be part of a small team and be the expert in your field?

We offer you a position in a growing, human-sized company specializing in the manufacture of moulds, to which you will bring your technical expertise and determination to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tasks:

  • Develop programs on 3 to 5 axis numerical control milling machines.
  • Prepare the start-up and select the necessary tooling for the manufacturing of precision parts.
  • Set up, program and operate multi-axis machining centers.
  • Make suggestions to improve existing programs in order to make them more efficient.
  • Make corrections and submit them to production.
  • Explain the tasks to be accomplished to the production staff.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • DEP in machining techniques and/or DEC in mechanical engineering or any other training deemed relevant.
  • Minimum 5 years or more of experience as a CNC Programmer Machinist.
  • Good knowledge of Mastercam and/or ESPRIT programming.
  • Experience in machining molds and precision parts is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of Goodway and Mazak CNC Lathes is an asset.
