Les Roulottes A.S Lévesque, a family business, is looking for a candidate to complete its dynamic claims team which supports customer service members every day. Teamwork, integrity, excellence and financial responsibility guide our daily actions in order to be the ultimate VR destination in Southeastern Canada.

The position of claims agent is an administrative job.

This office position mainly consists of data entry in order to invoice manufacturers or negotiation with them in order to obtain agreements for customers. Your tasks will be: Handle warranty claims Collaborate with customer service teams. Make and approve authorization requests and transmit this information to advisors Produce complaints to manufacturers Track manufacturing payments and accounting Analyze issues, spot trends and develop strategies to maximize the claims process.
