The Opportunity:


Join our innovative team as an Application Support Developer. In this role you will be responsible for working with the clients, business analysts and other support developers, to identify the root cause of problems in source code, propose and implement fixes, provide workarounds, design and develop system enhancements, and deploy system changes in a SaaS environment used by thousands of users across North America


Day to day you will:


  • Provide technical support for existing clients and multiple applications.
  • Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and developers to identify and resolve source code issues, design system enhancements, and deliver updates in a SaaS environment.
  • Take ownership of tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Deploy system updates while maintaining system integrity and minimizing downtime.


It would be amazing if you have:


  • Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, WebAPI, HTML5, and jQuery.
  • Proven experience with SQL and T-SQL, as these are heavily utilized in our daily operations and decision-making processes
  • Experience with responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap.
  • Familiarity with Angular or other modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
  • Solid understanding of front-end/back-end platforms, databases, APIs, and caching layers.
  • Ability to write efficient, non-blocking code and apply advanced techniques like multi-threading when required.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing and testing end-to-end (E2E) solutions.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing applications within cloud environments such as Azure.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes and debugging tools.
