Responsibilities:
- Plan, test, and implement system upgrades for high availability and performance
- Maintain and optimize enterprise-level systems and networks
- Implement robust security measures to protect client data and systems
- Utilize Azure for cloud services and Hybrid Azure AD for seamless integration
- Manage critical IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates on incident progress and changes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or significant equivalent professional experience
- Industry Certifications such as Microsoft O365/Azure, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA
- 5-7 years of experience in system administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and UNIX
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Emergency availability on an as-needed basis
Pay Rate: $90-$120k/year
