Projet : Mise en œuvre d'agents automatisés assistés par AI pour optimiser et assister les processus métiers.


Description

Nous cherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) Fullstack Python/React passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) pour développer des solutions robustes, évolutives et innovantes pour notre projet de pointe.


Responsabilités

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des serveurs, des API, et intégrer des solutions tierces pour faciliter l'interaction avec des systèmes d'IA
  • Travailler étroitement avec l'équipe de données pour intégrer des solutions d'IA et s'assurer de la performance des requêtes.
  • Conception, développement et optimisation d'interfaces utilisateur modernes et réactives.
  • Comprendre et traduire les besoins des utilisateurs en solutions UI/UX innovantes et efficaces.
  • Effectuer des tests utilisateurs, recueillir des feedbacks et ajuster la conception en conséquence.
  • Intégration de services cloud, principalement sur AWS, pour assurer une infrastructure robuste et évolutive.
  • Mise en œuvre d'authentification et de sécurité via OAuth2 pour garantir la protection des données utilisateur.
  • Collaboration étroite avec l'équipe pour la gestion des projets via JIRA, assurant une livraison agile et efficace.
  • Participation active dans l'évaluation, l'intégration et l'exploitation des modèles de langage à grande échelle (LLM) et de génération de réponses automatiques (RAG).
  • Conception de bases de données performantes et sécurisées avec une emphase sur la modélisation et l'optimisation via SQLAlchemy.
  • Assurer la sécurité, la performance et la surveillance des infrastructures backend.


Compétences requises

  • Formation en informatique ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience solide en développement Fullstack en Python et React, FastAPI,
  • Bonne connaissance FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, AWS
  • Bonne connaissance de OAuth2 et des concepts de sécurité informatique.
  • Un intérêt marqué et des connaissances de base concernant les LLM et les RAG.
