Marketing Manager:


OssKin is expanding our marketing and sales team and is seeking a Marketing Manager to support and execute on OssKin's marketing activities. This role will support the marketing initiatives in North America and support sales growth initiatives.


The Marketing Manager works as a key member of the marketing and commercialization team to execute on marketing and sales activities designed to expand customer base and continually increase sales revenue and brand awareness. The Marketing Manager is responsible for business growth with a high level of integrity and with the long-term interests of patient, customers, and the organization as their key motivating factor.


Responsibilities:


OssKin is seeking a Marketing Manager to help us implement the marketing vision and accelerate business growth. As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s tone of voice across all platforms, driving engagement and awareness, and building a strong connection with our current and future customers across across North America.


Responsibilities:


  • Marketing Strategy and Planning- Responsible for creating & executing annual marketing strategy and plan, and ensuring proper execution of plan within realistic timelines
  • Market Research - Research competitors, ensure unique brand positioning, identify content opportunities, monitor Google trends, and share recommendations with leadership.
  • Marketing Automation - Manage, grow and retain existing customer accounts through effective lead generation and nurturing. Acquire and develop new accounts through meticulously planned and well executed sales outreach sequences. Ensure all activities are well integrated with CRM.
  • Content Creation and Optimization. Develop SEO-optimized and engaging high quality content that is on-brand for diverse channels, including social media, website, webinars, blog posts, articles, emails, newsletter content, videos, photos, etc.
  • Social Media Management. Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence, foster community engagement, and achieve business objectives.
  • Campaign Management. Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns: ex. Affiliate, SEO, Email marketing, and more.
  • Support Product Launches: Coordinate and support the planning and execution of product launches to ensure a consistent brand presence with literature/collateral/press release production.
  • Design: Design on-brand assets, including emails, website pages and digital/print collateral, ensuring cohesive design aesthetics and maintaining a unified and consistent visual approach across all touchpoints.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, monitor competitors providing actionable insights for continuous content improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members, interns, and external freelancers, as well as partner agencies



Experience and Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing).
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing and revenue growth roles, with a proven track record of scaling B2B businesses (a plus: experience in Medical Device)
  • Graphic design, SEM, SEO, and Social Media Management is an asset
  • 2+ years working with marketing automation, CRM, and project management tools (Hubspot, Asana, Clickup)
  • English spoken and written are mandatory, French language is an asset


Knowledge and Competencies:


  • Be results-oriented. If you don’t produce results, you’re not likely a fit for our team. This means generating revenue for our business.
  • A successful candidate must be tech savvy, and be passionate about solution selling and customer service.
  • Self-motivated, organized with attention to detail, resourceful, flexible and adaptable with strong project management skills
  • Keen understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEO), email marketing best practices, inbound marketing, and outbound sales outreach
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM), CRM, Portals, Full Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced start-up business environment
