About the Role:

As a Principal FSM (Field Service Management) ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow FSM solutions for enterprise clients. Collaborating closely with program managers, developers, and client stakeholders, you will architect strategies to enhance operational efficiency and digital transformation through FSM. This role offers the opportunity to work on industry-leading ServiceNow projects with a focus on innovation and large-scale implementation.


What You’ll Do:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow FSM solutions tailored to client business needs.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of FSM modules, including Work Order Management, Dispatching, and Asset Management.
  • Define integration strategies for FSM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., CSM, ITSM, and ITOM) and third-party tools.
  • Develop roadmaps for FSM functionality, aligning with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with program managers and developers to ensure seamless delivery of FSM projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on digital transformation initiatives involving field service operations.
  • Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on Field Service Management (FSM).
  • Deep understanding of FSM modules, including Work Order Management, Scheduling, and Asset Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and ability to design scalable, extensible solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and field service best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on complex, large-scale projects.
  • Experience in other ServiceNow modules (e.g., CSM, ITSM) is a plus.
