Job Description:
- Develop and implement an OCM strategic framework, methodology and tools for the organization of IT services;
- Lead and mentor other OCM specialists and consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and innovation;
- Establish and maintain an OCM community providing guidance, best practices and resources for OCM specialists and stakeholders within the organization;
- Design and deliver OCM training and coaching for IT professionals, to improve their OCM skills and capabilities;
- Manage and execute OCM activities and plan recommendations for multiple concurrent project objectives, in terms of scope and schedule;
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, change readiness assessments and change measurements as required;
- Develop and implement communications, engagement and adoption strategies and tactics, ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy-in;
- Identify and manage OCM risks and issues, escalating and resolving them as necessary;
- Work with HR to create mechanisms to encourage new desired behaviors. This process may include redesigning positions and defining new behavioral skills and performance criteria;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and results of OCM interventions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement;
- Report on the status and progress of OCM projects and programs, highlighting achievements, challenges and lessons learned.
Must Haves:
- Have a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: business, management, psychology, communications or related field.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience leading and managing OCM projects and programs, preferably within an IT services organization.
- Have a proven track record of success in delivering OCM results for large, complex IT projects and programs.
- Have a solid knowledge of OCM frameworks, methodologies and tools, such as ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci.
- Have financial knowledge to ensure organizational change efforts are aligned with the financial perspective of intended business benefits.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other OCM tools and platforms.
- Bilingualism in English and French, both orally and in writing.
