The Business Athlete Performance Lab (BAPL) is seeking a Business Partner to lead the development, promotion, and sales of our flagship live show, Mornings in the Lab with Keith and Friends.

Our platform provides the tools and support necessary to turn goals into reality, and our live show, Mornings in the Lab with Keith and Friends, is at the heart of our mission.


Your Role:

As a Business Partner at BAPL, you will focus on:

  • Business Development: Drive the growth of our platform by securing sponsorships, partnerships, and media deals that support Mornings in the Lab.
  • Advertising Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to monetize our flagship show through advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Promotion: Promote Mornings in the Lab and grow its audience by building relationships with key partners and expanding our reach.
  • Fundraising: Leverage your network and skills to raise capital for BAPL, supporting our growth and expansion goals.
  • Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with brands, media outlets, and organizations that align with our values and target audience.

  

Who You Are:


We are looking for someone with:


  • Advertising Sales Expertise: Proven success in media sales, with experience securing sponsorships and partnerships for live shows or media platforms.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong background in growing businesses through partnerships, sponsorships, and sales initiatives.
  • Fundraising Experience: Track record of successfully raising capital for startups or media-related ventures.
  • Media Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the media landscape and digital advertising trends, particularly in live streaming and podcasts.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive leader with the ability to take ownership of business development and fundraising efforts.
  • Passion for Growth: Enthusiasm for helping scale an innovative platform that combines personal development and accountability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Mornings in the Lab.
  • Build and manage relationships with sponsors, advertisers, and partners.
  • Drive fundraising efforts to support the growth of the platform.
  • Expand the audience and viewership of Mornings in the Lab through strategic promotion and partnerships.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for revenue generation.


Compensation:

  • Equity-Only: This is a non-paid position, with compensation provided in the form of equity in the company. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the opportunity to have ownership in a high-growth company with a unique mission.
