Territory Manager – BRITISH COLUMBIA


Role Profile: We are currently seeking a BC Territory Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, the Territory Manager will be the face of CCC Inc., House Brands (The Loud Plug, Terp Gush, The Republic) within the BC retail community, working to maximize our success within their market. We are looking for candidates who have a strong network of relationships with BC retailers, have demonstrated past success in building brand awareness, and the follow-through necessary to build long-lasting relationships. Our company is a recognized leader in the Cannabis industry, having won numerous cannabis and entrepreneurial awards. This is a remote role based out of Vancouver, BC.


Role Responsibilities:

• Develop strong, long-term relationships with retail teams – Regional Managers, Store Managers, Inventory Managers & Budtenders.

• Spend majority of time on the road promoting the retail sale of cannabis products. Travel to rural communities outside of Greater Vancouver may be occasionally required on an as-needed basis.

• Present, promote, and sell CCC Inc., portfolio of brands. Create brand awareness and community engagement within given territory.

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and consistently pre-plan visits for selling opportunities.

• Identify new sales opportunities in the territory that support distribution, volume, and market share targets.

• Build a deep understanding of CCC Inc. brands and products, provide product education to retailers and budtenders.

• Support the development of any sales materials.

• Create a route + coverage plan, analyze the territory's potential, track activity, and submit reports on a regular basis to management.

• Provide weekly reporting to management summarizing activities in trade and progress towards objectives.

• Keep accurate records of customer engagement, best practices, call frequency and performance.

• Secure and deploy visibility initiatives that bring our brands to the forefront of consumer engagement.

• Establish new opportunities to promote CCC Inc., portfolio of brands within the confined regulations.


Requirements:

• 2-4 years' experience in Cannabis field sales

• Knowledge of cannabis industry and regulations required.

• Ability to build and maintain effective and accountable working relationships with decision-makers and internal stakeholders.

• Technically proficient, fluent in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel, experience maintaining a CRM.

• Highly effective communication, product knowledge, and critical thinking skills

• Strong time management with significant attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory with flexibility to accommodate some evenings, weekends, and overnights.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
