About the role:

  • Provide payroll & Benefits administrative services to ensure correct processing and payment to employees and answering any or all payroll related questions while providing effective customer service
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures in all aspects, including the maintenance of accurate records
  • Provide a high level of customer service when providing informed advice and responses to the employees
  • Participate in the ongoing review of relevant procedures and work practices
  • Provide assistance as required with the provision of payroll administrative services within the work unit


About you:

  • Previous experience within the payroll function: 3-5 years minimum with US payroll processing experience.
  • Knowledge of the application of employee entitlements in accordance with the provisions of the relevant standards, agreements legislation, and decisions in the US
  • Have a customer-centric approach to create a high level, positive experience for the customers
  • Substantial level of organizational skills including meeting deadlines and providing a quality, professional service
  • High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills combined with strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to think on your feet and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Experience using ADP workforce now along with Microsoft applications will be highly regarded.
  • Experience processing payroll for US salaried employees is MUST and non-negotiable.
  • Benefits Administration experience will also be highly regarded.
