Join our Canadian marketing team to drive growth and increase registered clients at one of Canada’s leading online casino and sports betting destinations.

The Affiliate Account Manager is a pivotal role focused on managing, optimizing, and expanding affiliate partnerships to deliver measurable results. This hands-on role provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a direct impact on company performance by developing relationships, negotiating agreements, and executing data-driven strategies. You’ll work collaboratively with a team of experienced marketers, sharing insights and expertise to enhance business outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the performance of a portfolio of affiliate partners, focusing on increasing active and producing affiliates.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates, negotiating competitive agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Design and execute strategic campaigns for top-performing affiliates to drive revenue and engagement.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance affiliate program outcomes.
  • Monitor competitive trends in the affiliate marketing and iGaming industries, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Use industry-standard tools and platforms to track performance and manage affiliate relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, advertising standards, and company policies in all affiliate activities.
  • Develop and distribute high-quality marketing materials, creative assets, and promotional content to affiliates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on cross-department acquisition programs and initiatives.
  • Deliver detailed performance reports weekly, monthly, and on an ad-hoc basis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth.


Specialist Skills and Attributes:


Essential:

  • Proficiency with affiliate management platforms and analytics tools.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively across international teams and diverse affiliate networks.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing and managing performance-based affiliate agreements.
  • Familiarity with web development basics, including landing page optimization, keyword strategy, and incentive structures.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to deliver exceptional service and optimize ROI for affiliate partners.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

Desired:

  • Comprehensive understanding of iGaming regulations, advertising standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of sports betting and casino promotions, bet types, and customer motivations.
  • Established network within the affiliate or online marketing industry.
  • Experience with integrated marketing channels such as PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience participating in affiliate marketing trade shows and events to expand industry networks.
  • Quick thinker and problem-solver, able to navigate high-pressure situations effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in online marketing, with a strong background in affiliate management, advertising account management, SEO, or media buying.
  • Proven success in managing affiliate programs, driving growth, and optimizing revenue within online gaming, sports betting, or a related industry.
