We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to plan, direct, and elevate all sales activities. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and adapting marketing plans to meet changing market conditions. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Driving Results: Develop and implement sales objectives and strategies that align with our company’s goals.
  • Strategic Leadership: Monitor sales performance, recommend adjustments to marketing plans, and craft tailored rates to meet client needs.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Analyze market trends, sales patterns, and growth opportunities to forecast revenue and provide critical financial insights.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships through personal contact, effective negotiations, and professional presentations that enhance client retention and maximize revenue potential.
  • Innovative Marketing: Establish and manage marketing strategies and programs to keep us ahead of the competition.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance measures and adjust strategies to stay on target.


What You Bring to the Table:

Education & Knowledge: A college diploma or equivalent, coupled with a deep understanding of the trucking industry and our company’s strategic direction.


Experience: At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the trucking industry.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Proven expertise in developing sales strategies and achieving objectives.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
  • A professional and ethical approach to every client interaction
